Rock of Love Charm School

VH1's Rock of Love Charm School is another series within the famous Celebreality featured on this channel. This show takes female contestants and attempts to transform them into proper ladies with the help of Ozzy Osbourne's famous rock management wife, Sharon Osbourne.

The female contestants from the VH1 show Rock of Love were not necessarily classy ladies, but instead partied hard and lived a lifestyle conducive to dating a musician like Bret Michaels. While some of the women were more dignified than others, there were some women who definitely lacked social graces and business savvy.

Rock of Love Charm School takes some of the most memorable ladies from both Rock of Love and Rock of Love 2 and moves them into a house classified as a charm school. They are put through lessons supporting the "Commandments of Charm School," such as "Thou Shalt Rock it with Style" and "Thou Shalt Not Rock Rude." The contestants are put through various challenges after receiving lessons from experts, and at the end of each episode one contestant is eliminated, or "expelled."

The last contestant left is deemed the graduate of Charm School and receives a cash prize. An earlier version of this show featured contestants from the Flavor of Love shows and was hosted by comedian Mo'Nique.

Sharon Osbourne is married to rock legend Ozzy Osbourne but has made a name for herself as a tough – but savvy – manager for musicians. Even though some of her actions may not be suitable for charm school, such as hurling food into a neighbor's yard and unplugging a band's set during a packed concert, she is undeniably successful at what she does and can turn on the charm when appropriate. Perhaps most importantly, she has an air of confidence that sends the message that she not only knows what she is doing, but nobody better get in her way.

Although she allows the other two judges to interject with comments and questions to the contestants, the final decision is made by Sharon as to who goes home at the end of each episode. She bases her decision on several factors, including the actions of the contestants and their future potential.

The women who compete on Rock of Love Charm School are all previous contestants from either Rock of Love or Rock of Love 2, the show where women vied for the attention of Poison front man Bret Michaels. Before arriving at Charm School many of these women had previous altercations and arguments, adding to the potential tension within the Charm School house.

Some of the contestants featured on this show have made quite a career out of appearing on reality shows. For example, Megan Hauserman began on the show Beauty and the Geek and then appeared on Rock of Love. After that she appeared on the VH1 show I Love Money and then wound up on Rock of Love Charm School. This is not the first appearance on a reality show for any of these contestants, and chances are it won't be the last for some of them.
